Part-Time Photojournalist/Editor:

ABC57 News is seeking an experienced Photojournalist/Editor for high-quality storytelling to join the News team.

About the Role 

· Bring stories to life through compelling video, editing, and dramatic lighting

· Collaborate closely with reporters, producers, and on-air talent 

· Hands on, on-site position, remote work not available 

What You’ll Do 

· Shoot and edit daily news assignments 

· Edit content for the newscast

· Independently shoot live shots in the field or for on-air talent

· Gather information, video and sound when out on breaking news situations

· Other duties, as assigned

What You’ve Done 

· High School diploma and/or GED

· Experience with camera operation and non-linear editing

· Must be able to respond quickly to breaking news, ability to operate ENG and cellular bonded technology

· Previous experience with broadcast technology preferred

· Requires a valid driver’s license, insurability, and schedule flexibility
