The Retail Store Manager is the curator of the in‑store client experience and the leader who sets the standard for hospitality, styling excellence, and operational precision. This role is responsible for inspiring and developing a high‑performing team, cultivating a loyal client base, and ensuring the store reflects the elevated values and aesthetics of the brand. Through thoughtful leadership, strategic sales planning, and a deep commitment to luxury service, the Store Manager drives both client satisfaction and overall business success.
