VIZX Global Solutions is seeking a Homecare Recruiter with U.S. healthcare staffing experience to embed with a U.S.-based client. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for caregivers and nurses, ensuring compliance and meeting performance targets while delivering qualified talent.

You've proven your chops in fast-paced healthcare recruitment, and you know how to navigate the nuances of U.S. staffing. In this embedded role, you'll be the extension of our client's team, directly shaping their ability to deliver critical homecare and nursing talent. Your work will have a tangible impact on patient care by ensuring the right people are in the right roles, quickly and compliantly.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for homecare roles (Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, LPN/LVN/RN) based on client needs.
• Source candidates effectively using diverse platforms, building and maintaining a healthy, active pipeline.
• Partner daily with client stakeholders to align on hiring needs, priorities, and provide valuable market feedback.
• Support compliant onboarding processes by tracking documentation and ensuring all candidate records are accurate within the ATS/CRM.
• Track key recruitment KPIs and produce daily/weekly pipeline performance reports aligned to client expectations.
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience through clear expectations, timely updates, and professional communication.

Requirements

• You thrive in high-volume, fast-turnaround recruitment environments, especially within U.S. healthcare staffing.
• You're adept at using ATS/CRM systems and various sourcing tools to build and manage robust candidate pipelines efficiently.
• You possess excellent English communication skills, capable of professional email etiquette and confident stakeholder engagement.
• You're highly organized, with strong attention to detail in documentation, notes, and tracking candidate statuses.
• You're self-driven and accountable, able to work independently within structured KPI frameworks and consistently meet performance targets.
• You're committed to supporting a compliant onboarding process, understanding the importance of data handling and client SOPs.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states/markets or for multiple branches.
• Familiarity with healthcare hiring touchpoints (credentialing steps, background checks, drug screens, basic onboarding workflows).
• Exposure to tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, RingCentral, Outreach, or similar calling and recruitment platforms.
• Experience recruiting for shift-based staffing and urgent coverage.
