Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (Contract)

Location: Grayslake, IL

Compensation: $20–$22/hour

Benefits: Basic medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for eligible employees

Openings: 2 positions (Bilingual English/Spanish required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating shifts:

• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Candidates must be willing to work any of these shifts
• Rotating Saturdays twice per month
• Schedules are released in advance

Overview:

Seeking friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional receptionists to support front desk operations in a healthcare setting. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and supports patient check-in, phone management, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front desk experience
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Assist with patient check-in and onboarding documentation
• Process co-payments and maintain accurate records in the system
• Support scanning, mail handling, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of receptionist, customer service, or patient-facing experience
• Medical/healthcare experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
