Job Description
Are you a highly organized, numbers-savvy professional who loves keeping an office running like a well-oiled machine? We are seeking a versatile and dependable Office Manager to become the organizational backbone of our team. In this pivotal role, you will wear a few exciting hats; serving as the friendly face and voice for our customers, managing essential financial tasks in QuickBooks (including AP/AR and daily credit card reconciliation) and providing vital HR support by welcoming and onboarding new hires. Upon permanent hire, 100% of employee healthcare benefits are paid by the employer. Schedule worked can be 730A-430P or 8A-5P. If you possess a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills over phone and email, and a knack for administrative problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
salary: $19 - $23 per hour

Responsibilities
- Answer phones to assist customers with questions, scheduling and payment information
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails from customers and suppliers
- Run daily credit card batch reports and reconcile
- Accounts payable and receiveable duties in QuickBooks
- Assist with onboarding new hires and general human resource and benefit support
