Sign-On Bonus: $2,000!

We're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced tile and masonry specialists who join our team!

Bonus payout schedule:

  • $500 after 30 days of employment
  • $500 after 90 days
  • $1,000 after 6 months

To qualify, you must:

  • Be actively employed and in good standing at each milestone
  • Maintain solid attendance and performance
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

Note: Bonus is considered taxable income. Bonus may be forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before full payout.

What You'll Do:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, talented mason ready to make a splash! If you're passionate about creating beautiful poolscapes and love seeing your craftsmanship come to life, this role is perfect for you.

Here's Your Mission:

  • Create stunning pool tiles and coping, bringing client visions to reality.
  • Craft impressive decking from concrete, stone, brick, and pavers.
  • Build structures that are as safe as they are beautiful.
  • Collaborate with a fun, dedicated team to ensure projects sparkle.
  • Keep things safe, clean, and organized—so you can keep doing what you love!

What We'd Love to See:

  • At least 3 years of masonry experience (pool projects are a big bonus!).
  • Expert skills with tile, coping, and decking materials.
  • Detail-oriented craftsmanship—quality always comes first.
  • Comfortable with blueprints and design plans.
  • Great communication skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Happy to work outdoors (enjoy that Charleston sunshine!).
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Basic tech skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and willingness to learn scheduling software.
  • Strong organization skills, with an upbeat attitude towards customer service.
