We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Richmond, VA. If you have experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment and are looking for a stable opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment, including cherry pickers/order pickers, reach trucks, and double electric pallet jacks (EPJ), to support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker/order picker, reach truck, and double EPJ equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners or pick tickets
• Load and unload trucks in a timely manner
• Move materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining organization
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating cherry picker/order picker, reach truck, and double EPJ required, any 1 of the three.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Shift Availability

• 1st Shift (Day)
• 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
