What You’ll Do: The Art of Access

As a key member of our field team, you will be responsible for the full-cycle installation and maintenance of security hardware:

• System Installation: Set up and configure card readers, electrified locksets, electric strikes, and magnetic locks.
• Technical Integration: Handle the "brains" of the operation by performing cabling, wiring, and access control panel integration.
• Blueprint Navigation: Read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications to ensure complex systems function flawlessly.
• Maintenance & Diagnostics: Troubleshoot existing systems to identify and resolve security gaps or hardware failures.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations meet rigorous safety and security standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in access control and door hardware installation.
• Hardware Expertise: Proven proficiency with electrified locksets, integrated hardware, and magnetic locks.
• The "Plus" Factor: Training or certifications with Assa Abloy or Allegion are highly preferred.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read schematics and technical manuals with high attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for diagnosing mechanical and electronic issues on the fly.

Schedule & Compensation

We provide a structured, reliable work environment designed for long-term career stability:

• Standard Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Daily Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Overtime: Optional overtime is available for those looking to increase their earnings.
