salary: $62,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Technician Scheduling: Strategically schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance, and emergencies.

• Operational Optimization: Monitor the daily schedule to minimize travel time and maximize the number of service calls completed.

• Technician Collaboration: Provide technicians with necessary job details, updates, and support while they are in the field.

• Real-Time Problem Solving: Adjust schedules on the fly to accommodate emergency calls or delays in the field.

• Logistical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, real-time records of service call statuses and technician locations within the system.

• Administrative Support: Assist with closing out service tickets and ensuring all parts/labor are documented for billing.
