$21.00/hr
$1000 Sign-on Bonus
Up to $1500 Referral Bonus
Paid Training
Full-Time Hours

What does a DSM do at CRSI?

Know that you make a difference everyday helping others live their best life.
Provide quality services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan.
Use your mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance.
All Direct Support Managers have on-call responsibilities after normal business hours, including nights and weekends.

Required Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Must possess acceptable BMV record and background screenings.
At least one year of experience in caring for adults preferred.
