Community Relations & Partnership Specialist

Location: Onsite in Southfield MI

Position Summary

The Community Relations & Partnership Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating growth across Epic Health and its family of brands by building managing and expanding strategic partnerships. This role combines relationship development with hands-on field activationidentifying and cultivating high-value partners while actively representing Epic Health at community events industry functions and networking opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder highly organized and energized by being in the fielddriving brand visibility referrals and business development through meaningful long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify prospect and establish strategic partnerships with organizations businesses associations brokers community groups and affiliates aligned with Epic Health and subsidiary brand goals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term mutually beneficial relationships that generate referrals revenue and brand awareness.
  • Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline tracking outreach meetings and outcomes.
  • Represent Epic Health and its affiliated brands with professionalism clearly articulating value propositions and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to structure partnerships referral arrangements and joint initiatives.
  • Maintain ongoing partner engagement through regular communication performance reviews and collaborative activities.

Events & Brand Activation

  • Plan coordinate and execute events that promote Epic Health and its brands including community events partner activations trade shows health fairs and networking functions.
  • Serve as a visible representative of the organization at external events conferences chambers associations and community activities.
  • Develop event strategies focused on lead generation partnership development and brand exposure.

  • Manage all event logistics including vendors materials staffing and on-site execution.
  • Capture leads and referrals at events and ensure timely follow-up and accurate tracking.

Growth & Performance Management

  • Drive measurable growth through partnerships and events including referrals appointments leads and revenue impact.
  • Track analyze and report performance metrics related to partnership and event outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales marketing community relations and leadership teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Support cross-brand growth efforts across Epic Health and related business lines including DPC insurance specialty services and ancillary offerings.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in partnerships business development community engagement field marketing or a related role.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Experience representing an organization or brand in professional public and community settings.
  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and CRM or tracking experience.
  • Willingness to work in the field and attend evening or weekend events as needed.
  • Healthcare insurance professional services or community-based experience preferred.
