Job Description
We are currently hiring for Temp to Perm positions at our Healthcare client in Spokane, WA! These positions are remote, but must sit locatl to pickup equipment. Pay Rate: $21.62/hr Start Date: 7/27 Must be a dedicated, technologically savvy professional with a background in high-volume call center environments. Must be comfortable working fully remote while maintaining strict adherence to performance metrics and attendance policies in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Must have a quiet, isolated workspace and a hardwired, secure internet connection with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download. Systems Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, including Office 365 and Epic/HealthConnect. Assessments: Candidates must pass client required assessments Persistence & Dedication: Proven reliability and a commitment to a rigorous 12-week paid training program with zero unauthorized time off. Communication Excellence: Stellar verbal and written communication skills to handle complex inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and provider information. Empathy: Ability to provide compassionate service to members while maintaining professionalism during high-volume call shifts (averaging 70-80 calls per day).
Shift: Variable Shift Hours between 8a-8p, Sunday through Saturday (will have more on the training schedules shortly but should be 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm PST) Please email your resume to courtney.mercier@randstadusa.com for next steps!
