We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Entry-Level Business Development Representative to

join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals

who are eager to break into sales and develop foundational business development skills. You will

play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities and

introducing potential clients to our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and target markets
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
• Clearly communicate the value of our services to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, resilience, and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Basic understanding of sales principles or customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools
