Automotive Sales – Loyalty Specialist| Lexington Park, MD

Carter Myers Automotive is seeking motivated, experienced automotive sales professionals to join our Lexington Park dealership as Automotive Sales – Loyalty Specialists. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building customer relationships and closing deals—but want predictable hours and a better work-life balance.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No late nights
No bell-to-bell schedule
No cold calling

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Review daily service appointments to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities
Engage with existing service customers and present personalized solutions
Structure and desk your own deals independently
Collaborate with service, appraisal, and finance teams for seamless transactions
Maintain accurate CRM notes and consistent customer follow-up
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications

Prior automotive sales experience preferred (minimum one year ideal)
Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using dealership systems and technology
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license
