1. Digital Nature of Our Products
All courses, files, and materials on CAE Academy are delivered digitally.
Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, the content becomes immediately available for viewing or download.
As a result, traditional returns (as with physical goods) do not apply.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We offer a limited refund period under the following conditions:
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if:

You experienced technical issues that prevented access and we were unable to resolve them within a reasonable time.
Refunds will not be granted for:

3. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Courses Purchased via Third-Party Payment Gateways
If your purchase was made through our third party payment gateways, or another payment processor, please note that:

Processing times may vary due to international payment procedures
5. Course Updates and Replacements
In cases of technical errors, broken downloads, or file corruption:

We will first attempt to replace or restore access to your purchased content
